If they are looked at through a different lens by understanding and support, these psychospiritual crises can result in emotional healing, remarkable transformation, and conscious evolution. Participants will learn about how traditional methods of healing like meditation & shamanism have transformed those who are suffering from mental illness. They will also learn about my personal journey of recovery during a psychospiritual crisis by using ancient healing techniques first hand.
