Embracing the Gift is a year long program led by Gogo Ekhaya Esima that allows you receive mentorship on your spiritual journey, ancestral guidance, and support in growing into your unique spiritual gifts.
This program is especially for those who feel called to shamanic wisdom. Any healer, student of the earth, or seer must undergo a cleansing and healing rites of passage at some point in their journey. This offering is for your own personal healing and ancestral connection. Why? Because the work must start with you! Just like the Rhino spirit can use the power of it's horn to initiate strength and protection. This energy will be used to thrust us through the shadows of the illusion and emerge into our authentically beautiful, powerful, connected soul. It is a journey of purification, energetic release, rebirth, and renewal. You will gain a level of spiritual maturity while being supported through the divine aid of shamanic practices, ritual, and ceremony.
This is a spirit led program and adjustments will be made based on the energy of the group and the guidance of the ancestors.

Gogo Ekhaya Esima was born in the United States and is an initiated Sangoma Traditional Healer in the Shangaan and Zulu lineages of Southern Africa. She is a certified Mental Health Recovery Specialist, a trauma survivor, and a spiritual teacher. Her own experience with mental health crisis, and her at times frightening, at times profoundly beautiful journey through it eventually led her deeply into traditional African spirituality. Her ancestral calling helped to ignite a life saving, deep remembrance, of the ancient ways within her that was forgotten but not lost. Upon successful completion. You will receive a completion ceremony and certification. This program does not certify you as a shamanic practitioner, however it is the first step towards your healing path. This ceremonial rites of passage is for your personal healing and elevation.
Embracing the Gift covers the foundation of ancestral ritual. The difference is that you will be led by the African traditions and practices that Gogo Ekhaya has initiated into as well as other indigenous modalities.
There are partial scholarships available for eligible W.O.C . (women of color). Scholarships offer up to $500 off tuition. Please inquire via email.

Volunteer! Duties include: Administrative & organizational assistance is needed for Sangoma Healing.
